1. Acceptance of Terms

By buying a commission from me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. General Terms & Service Agreement

• Service Discretion: The right to refuse or terminate service is reserved, with or without disclosing the reason.
  
  

• Professional Conduct: Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor to foster a productive working relationship.

3. Payment

• Payment Policy: An upfront payment will be requested prior to the commencement of the commission, if mutually agreed upon.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

• Ownership of Work: Upon final payment, the client receives the agreed-upon deliverables. The creator retains the right to display the work in their portfolio or for promotional purposes, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.

• Delivery: The deliverable will be delivered to the client after the creator gets a confirmation of the full payment.
