1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a commission from me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. These Terms apply to all commissions unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Placing an order or submitting payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
2. General Terms & Service Agreement
Service Discretion
I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate a commission at my discretion, with or without providing a reason. In the event of termination before work has begun, any received payment will be handled according to the refund policy outlined below.
Professional Conduct
Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times. Harassment, aggressive behavior, excessive demands, or disrespectful language may result in termination of the commission without refund.
Communication
Clear and timely communication is required from both parties. Delays in client responses may affect delivery timelines.

3. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Terms
Payment is required upfront before any work begins, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Prices are agreed upon before payment is made and are non-negotiable once work has started.
Refunds
Refunds are not available once work has begun.
If a commission is canceled before work starts, a refund may be issued at my discretion.
No refunds will be issued for completed or delivered work.
4. Revisions & Changes
Minor revisions may be allowed, depending on the nature of the commission and prior agreement.
Major changes or revisions beyond the original scope may require additional payment.
Requests that significantly alter the original concept may be treated as a new commission.
5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Ownership & Rights
Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted the agreed-upon deliverables and usage rights for personal or commercial use, as specified during the commission agreement.
Creator Rights
I retain the right to:
Display the completed work in my portfolio
Share the work on social media, websites, or promotional materials
This applies unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing prior to the start of the commission.
Prohibited Use
The client may not:
Claim authorship of the work
Resell, redistribute, or modify the work in a way that violates the agreed usage terms.
6. Delivery
Final deliverables will be provided only after full payment has been confirmed.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on workload, complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.
I am not responsible for delays caused by lack of client communication or late responses.
7. Liability Disclaimer
I am not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of the delivered work. The client assumes full responsibility for how the commission is used after delivery.
8. Amendments
These Terms may be updated or modified at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that commission.
